Mark Mooring held the position of Chief of Protective Services for the County of Santa Clara Health and Hospital System.  For eight (8) years he was responsible for all aspects of security for the large hospital and clinics throughout the County.  He re-designed and implemented a successful comprehensive security program.

Proper Authorities has consulted for over 45 healthcare locations providing Assessments, Security Management Plans and Training.

All programs are fully compliant with Jurisdictional Laws, OSHA (State and Federal) and certifying agencies such as The Joint Commission and DNV GL Healthcare.

All Workplace Violence Prevention Programs are specific to the Healthcare Environment.  None of the Programs are generic programs taken from other industries.
